Crocs Win Your Order Back Giveaway Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to the Crocs Win Your Order Back Giveaway (“Giveaway”) organised by Crocs Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“Crocs”).

By entering this Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Crocs, which is final and binding, in relation to and in connection with this Giveaway. Crocs shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter any correspondence with any person on any matter concerning the Giveaway.

1. Eligibility: The Giveaway is open only to Crocs Club members who are legal residents of Singapore and at least eighteen (18) years old as of the start of the Purchase Period. Employees of Crocs, its affiliates, and any other agencies or service providers associated with the Giveaway, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of those employees, are not eligible to enter. Crocs has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of participants. Such determination shall be final and conclusive, and Crocs is not obliged to give any reason for its determination.

2. How to Enter: To enter, a) log in to your Crocs Club account or sign up as a Crocs Club member onwww.crocs.com.sg or the Crocs App (collectively, the “Crocs Online Platform”), and b) make a purchase of any item(s) on the Crocs Online Platform during the Purchase Period. Each valid purchase, which may contain an item or multiple items in a single order, made during the Purchase Period and through the Crocs Online Platform constitutes one (1) entry. Multiple items in a single order will still constitute as one (1) entry. There are no limits on the number of entries you can make. The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of valid entries received. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements in these Terms and Conditions.

3. Purchase Period: The Purchase Period begins at 12:00 AM SGT on 16 May 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM SGT on 19 May 2025. Purchase(s) made before or after the Purchase Period, not made through the Crocs Online Platform, incomplete or cancelled orders will be invalid. Crocs’ computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway. Crocs reserves the right to change the Purchase Period.

4. Winner Selection: On 21 May 2025 at 10:00 AMSGT, Crocs will select a total of four (4) winners - one (1) winner will be selected at random from the daily total number of valid entries received on each day of the Purchase Period. 

5. Prize: Four (4) winners will each receive a coupon in the form of a unique, single-use promo code to be used on the next purchase on the Crocs Online Platform (“Prize”). The value of each Prize received by a winner will depend on the net value of the order(excluding shipping fees) purchased by the said winner and selected by Crocs as a winning entry. The Prize is valid for one (1) month from the date of issue and any unutilized Prize will be forfeited thereafter. No extension of the validity period of the Prize shall be granted. The Prize must be fully utilized in a single transaction and any unconsumed value will be forfeited and is not refundable. The Prize may be used on sale items and with site-wide promotions but cannot be used in combination with any other discount coupon. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash, store credit, gift card nor redeemable in Crocs retail stores. Each winner is responsible for paying taxes and any costs and expenses not specified herein, including any applicable shipping fees. Any Prize details not specified above will be determined by Crocs, in its sole discretion. The winners may not request cash, credits or a substitute prize; however, Crocsreserves the right to substitute a Prize with another prize if the Prize is not available for any reason, as determined by Crocs, in its sole discretion. Use of the Prize shall be subject to Crocs’ terms and conditions. 

6. To Find out Who Won: The list of winners will be announced on this page on 22 May 2025 and each winner will be notified directly by Crocs by 23 May 2025 through the email address used for the winner’s Crocs Club account.

7. Prize Redemption Requirements: Except where prohibited, each winner may be required to complete and return a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release. If a winner fails to respond to Crocs with the required information within three(3) days, the Prize will be forfeited, without liability on Crocs. If Crocs discover that a winner was not entitled to participate or if a winner is subsequently disqualified from participating in the Giveaway, Crocs may at its discretion forfeit the Prize. A participant whose Prize has been forfeited shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation whatsoever from Crocs. There will be no re-selection conducted for any Prize forfeited. No correspondence or claims will be entertained in the event of such forfeiture.

8. General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Giveaway is impaired in any way, Crocs may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Giveaway toaddress the impairment and then resume the Giveaway; or (b) award the Prizes from among the valid entries received up to the time of the impairment. Crocs reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and seek damages from any individual who tampers with the operation of the Giveaway, violates these Terms and Conditions, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Crocs’ failure to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to Crocs by mail shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication. The Giveaway is subject to local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity and other materials relating to or in connection with the Giveaway, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

9. Privacy and Publicity: Crocs may collect personal information of participants to this Giveaway in order to conduct and administer the Giveaway. Any information you submit as part of the Giveaway will be treated in accordance with the Crocs’ Privacy Policy at https://www.crocs.com.sg/customer-service/privacy-security-policy.html. By participating in this Giveaway, you agree to the Privacy Policy. Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes a participant’s consent, in the event he/she is the winner of a Prize, to Crocs’ use of his/her name, likeness, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

10. Release and Limitations of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Crocs’ liability for breach of these Terms and Conditions is limited to the cost of replacement of any benefit or Prize won. Subject to the foregoing, by entering the Giveaway: (a) you agree to release and hold harmless Crocs, its affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action (whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise) arising out of participation in the Giveaway, or receipt or use of any Prize, including, but not limited to (i) unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway; (ii) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (iii) printing errors; (iv) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (v) errors in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of posts; or (vi) injury or damage to persons or property; (b) you further agree that in any cause of action, in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for legal costs; and (c) you waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by Crocs of this Giveaway shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation against Crocs for any and all losses or damage suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.

11. Disputes: Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Giveaway or any Prize awarded shall be resolved exclusively by the Singapore courts. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Singapore, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these Terms and Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any terms of such agreement.
