Exchange and Return Policy

Crocs Singapore will provide a one-time exchange if all of the following conditions are satisfied:
the purchase was made from our website, www.crocs.com.sg
the items are full priced items.
the items must be in a resaleable condition, unworn and with tags still attached.
the items are returned to Crocs within 14 days of purchase.
Please note that exchange requests will be subject to product availability. Sale and discounted items are not eligible for exchanges.
All online purchase may not be exchanged or returned at Crocs retail stores.
How do I return an item?
Log in to your account using your email and password. Select ‘Return an item’ under ‘My Account’ at the top of the screen. Select the order number which corresponds with the items you are returning.
Select from the list, one of the reasons for exchange.
Click “Confirm” to complete your request.
Our Customer Service team will be in touch with you to verify your request and provide you with more information on your return request.
