By ordering from crocs.com.sg, you agree to be bound by Crocs Return Policy

Crocs Singapore will gladly accept returns on items purchased online and provide full refund subject to the following conditions:

  1. The purchase was made from our website, www.crocs.com.sg.
  2. The items must be in a resaleable condition, unworn and with tags still attached.
  3. The items are returned to Crocs within 45 days of purchase.

We do not accept exchanges, so customers have to place a new order for the correct size. For items deemed subject to fair wear and tear, accidental damages or misuse, a full refund will not be provided. Crocs Singapore has the right to assess the condition of returned goods prior to providing a full refund. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Crocs Singapore shall be final and conclusive.

To return your product, you will need to initiate a RETURN process within 45 days of your order date.

Note: Return shipping is non-refundable. Please allow 2 weeks processing time. Crocs retail stores do not accept any returns of purchases made online. Kindly follow the 'Return instructions' to ensure your request is processed promptly.
