I own flats from Crocs and I normally get size 7. Did the same for this one and it runs a little small as my toes had to curl up in the show. Didn't realise I could do an exchange and wore it out. :(

The shoe gives additional support to the plantar arch, thereby creating more comfort with each step. However, in so doing, the undersurface of the shoe becomes uneven which gives the potential problem of falling off balance. However, I do think that the ergonomically-built sole of the Julia Flat plus the fact that the whole shoe is made of the non-slippery Crocs material can offset any problem of tripping or falling sideways whenever the ground becomes uneven. Unlike the usual appearance of the typical Crocs clog in which no one will ever see me wear outdoors, the Julia Flat is something that can be used even by adults on a daily basis. It does not give the illusion of making your feet look big, hence it can be worn casually with shorts without looking like a smurf. I wish Crocs would come up with more ergonomic and SIMPLE designs like this. Afterall, their market is not limited to the pediatric or the geriatric community.
