Job Description:

Job Requirements:

- Experience in managing and working on functional skills training is a requirement. Past experience in project management of transferring functional training to a regular training program will be an advantage.
- Able to develop functional training roadmap and implement short/long term training initiatives
- Well-developed skills in training design and stand up training delivery, and vendor management.
- Work effectively as individual contributor in a matrix, virtual and cross-functional team environment.
- Team player who is independent, resourceful and with excellent communication, facilitation and project management skills
